preparation of drawings and documents as per guidelines of MORTH and submission of the same Private Properties Layout drawing showing acceleration/deceleration lanes, proper signage and other relevant details, location plan of Private Properties showing all features within 1.10km radius, Drainage plan showing adequate drainage facilities and slopes as per the site condition, Sectional view of Private Properties, Index map showing the proposed location in state, Necessary undertakings inclusive of stamp paper in the specified format, License Deed Annexure-III, Checklist duly filled as per applicable guidelines. Carrying out detailed calculation and preparing drawings for storm water discharge from hydrological data such as catchment area, high flood level and annual average rainfall and design of (a) approach culvert/cross drainage structure for smooth flow of storm water (b) design of catch pit drain showing the water flow drainage layout and supervision of construction work. Also Technical inputs if required for construction as per approved drawings

Carrying out Technical discussion with Manager-tech /Project Director of NHAI/Assistant Engineer/Executive Engineer/Superintending Engineer/Chief Engineer of NH/RO MORTH for finalization of layout drawing with acceleration, deceleration, cross drainage structure, incorporating suggestion in the drawing, rectification of check list and other documents as advised and obtaining necessary clearance and forwarding letter of the application to relevant NHAI Highway administrator office through proper channels and obtaining NHAI/NH/MORTH NOC. Job includes necessary resubmission of drawings and other documents etc. If it is returned from HO/RO and execution of Lease Deed–          etc. complete the job will also include arranging necessary corrections/ amendments/  modifications etc in our File and re forwarding’s of the application in case the same is returned from NHAI/MORTH regional office, till NOC is obtained.

Preparation & Submission of File for Final NOC & Final NHAI/MORTH approval after construction: Technical inputs if required for construction as per approved drawings, video recordings as per NHAI norms. Obtaining completion certificate from local office of NHAI/PWD/BRO or any other agency as per NHAI requirements, obtaining final grant of access permission approval from Highway Administration based on in-principal approval including necessary documentation like license deed, rectification of deficiencies in applications, The job will also include all follow ups and arranging necessary re-forwarding of the applications/amended applications in case the same is returned from NHAI regional office/High way administration
